About the Role
We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving user growth, improving user retention, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should understand the user journey, optimize the growth funnel, and actively engage with users to increase activation and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on user acquisition, activation, retention, and overall growth funnel optimization.
- Reach out to current and existing users through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert inactive or dormant users into active platform users.
- Improve user retention by building strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive user experience.
- Resolve user queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
- Execute user engagement campaigns, promotional activities,



and retention initiatives.
- Monitor key growth metrics such as activation rate, retention rate, and user engagement.
- Collect user feedback and share actionable insights with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Assist in planning and executing growth marketing campaigns to increase platform usage.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Customer Success, CRM, Retention, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data and identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
