We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of sourcing, screening and hiring of IT and Non IT professionals to fill technical positions. You will need to possess a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles, from initial job posting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define role requirements, and understand departmental hiring needs.
- Use a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract and engage qualified candidates.
- Screen and evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication, feedback,



and a positive impression of the organization.
- Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and provide offer recommendations to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies and outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and contribute to the development of the recruitment function.
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to monitor employee satisfaction and retention trends, helping to design and implement initiatives that improve long-term employee engagement and reduce turnover.
