Data Entry Accountant – E-commerce

Job Description:
We are looking for a data entry accountant to manage daily sales entries, reconciliation, and marketplace accounting for our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enter daily sales, returns, refunds, and settlement data (Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho/Website).

· Perform reconciliation of orders vs. marketplace payments.

· Maintain purchase, expense, and vendor invoice records.

· Handle GST/TDS-related entries and support monthly book closing.

· Maintain inventory and stock movement entries.

Requirements:

· B.Com or related qualification.

· Valuable Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

· Experience with Tally Preferred

· Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
