About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Program Manager, University Apprenticeships to build DoorDashs University and Apprenticeship strategy in India from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to create a foundational capability for a new market, designing scalable programs, establishing strategic partnerships and building the infrastructure that will support our future workforce.
Reporting into the Head of India Talent Acquisition, youll own the end-to-end strategy, design and execution of our university recruiting and apprenticeship programs across India. Youll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, People,
Finance and external partners to create programs that deliver an exceptional candidate experience while building sustainable talent pipelines for the business.

- Develop and execute DoorDashs University Recruiting and Apprenticeship strategy for India, aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
- Build the program operating model, governance, annual roadmap and success metrics from the ground up.
- Design scalable hiring programs that attract, assess, develop and convert high-potential university and apprenticeship talent into full time employees.
