Position Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) – India will lead the overall operations of Syngrid's India business and serve as the CEO's representative in India. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, project delivery, organizational growth, business development, financial performance, and leadership development.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record as a
Chief Operating Officer, Director, Vice President, or equivalent senior executive
,



with experience in scaling technology organisations, driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and supporting international operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all India operations, including Software Development, Project Delivery, Customer Success, HR, Administration, Finance Coordination, Quality Assurance, and IT Infrastructure.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that support business growth, scalability, and organizational excellence.
- Ensure successful delivery of customer projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
