About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate
QA/Test Engineer
to join our engineering team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of next-generation AI-powered applications.

In this role, you will work closely with software engineers, AI/ML engineers, and product teams to validate applications built using
Conversational AI, Voice AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and cloud-native technologies
. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality software by testing contemporary web applications, APIs, databases, AI workflows, and cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, API, system, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Test Angular-based web applications for functionality, usability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Validate Python-based REST APIs,



backend services, and PostgreSQL database operations.
- Test AI-powered chatbot workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, reliability, and safety.
- Validate AI applications built using
LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks
.
- Perform security, load, and stress testing of enterprise applications.
- Test applications deployed using
Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
environments.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Collaborate closely with developers, AI engineers, and product managers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
- Participate in release validation, production readiness testing, and post-release verification.
- Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and quality standards.
