Qualification: Masters degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent) or professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CIPD.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.

- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all people-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives across multiple regions.
- Coach and mentor leaders on people management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Drive the annual performance management, goal-setting, talent review, promotion, and compensation cycles.
- Analyze HR metrics and people analytics (attrition, engagement, headcount, diversity, productivity, etc.) to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
