We thrive at the intersection of digital storytelling, community building, and e-commerce leveraging influencer-led marketing as our core growth engine. As a remote-first company, we empower creators to shape the brand s voice, aesthetic, and customer experience with zero office boundaries and full creative freedom. Role Responsibilities
- Represent Vilasitawear authentically across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok curating visually compelling content that aligns with brand ethos and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to co-create content calendars, product launch strategies, and performance-driven KPIs
- Engage actively with followers respond to comments, host QAs, share styling tips, and foster a loyal, interactive community around the brand
- Track report content performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and share insights to improve future campaigns




- Attend virtual brand workshops and seasonal launch briefings to stay aligned with brand tone, product positioning, and campaign goals
- Partner with fellow creators on cross-promotions, giveaways, and co-branded content to amplify organic reach

Skills Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Active Instagram / YouTube / TikTok presence with 10K+ followers (fashion, lifestyle, or beauty niche preferred)
- Proven ability to shoot high-quality mobile-first content natural lighting, clean editing, and strong visual storytelling
- Experience working with brands on paid partnerships or ambassador programs
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, hashtags, and Reels/TikTok trends
- Fluent in English or Hindi (content creation communication)
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to deliver content on time without micromanagement
- Preferred
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Rush for quick edits
