The candidate should have strong communication skills, counselling experience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested candidates.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth admissions and onboarding.
- Maintain records of student interactions and admission status.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Build and maintain a skilled relationship with students and parents.
