2-8 Years

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (with relevant industrial experience) may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil construction and maintenance activities within the plant.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate industrial civil projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure quality control of construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal departments for timely project execution.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, work schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements during construction activities.
- Inspect ongoing work and certify contractor bills as per progress.




- Handle repair and maintenance of industrial buildings, roads, drains, foundations, and other civil infrastructure.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.

Desired Skills
- Experience in industrial construction and project execution.
- Knowledge of RCC structures, steel structures, foundations, and industrial buildings.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Solid coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices and construction quality standards.

Preferred Industry

Candidates having experience in Chemical, Manufacturing, Cement, Power, Steel, or other Process Industries will be preferred.
