We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, maintain service standards, and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. The role is responsible for staff coordination, customer satisfaction, cost control, hygiene compliance, and overall restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, staffing, and operations.
- Control costs, reduce waste, and support profitability.
- Coordinate with chefs, servers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
