- Develop 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Create repair procedures, work instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Evaluate damaged components and recommend appropriate repair methodologies.
- Support repair technologies including welding, hardfacing, thermal spray coatings, machining, and surface treatments.
- Conduct failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Education
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience
- 6 8+ years in Mechanical, Repair, Manufacturing, or Sustaining Engineering within Oil Gas.
- Experience with Drilling Services, Wireline Services, or Downhole Tools preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Design, GDT, Engineering Materials, Manufacturing Processes, and DFM principles.

Preferred
- Knowledge of API standards and Oil Gas engineering practices.
- Familiarity with ASME Section IX and welding qualifications.
