Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and OPD consultations
- Perform Phaco Cataract Surgery independently
- Diagnose and manage Glaucoma patients, including medical and surgical treatment
- Evaluate and manage Refractive Errors and perform refractive procedures as per expertise
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Counsel patients regarding surgical options and treatment plans
- Coordinate with optometrists, OT staff,
and hospital management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards
Skills Required
Expertise in Phaco Cataract Surgery
Strong clinical knowledge in Glaucoma Management
Experience in Refractive Surgery will be an added advantage
Excellent patient counselling and communication skills
Skilled, ethical, and patient-centric approach
