We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Expert with experience in booking international hotels. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of global hotel suppliers, destination management companies (DMCs), and OTA platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling hotel reservations, negotiating rates, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end international hotel reservations for B2B and B2C clients.
- Source and book hotels through wholesalers, DMCs, hotel consolidators, and direct hotel contracts.
- Compare rates across multiple suppliers to secure the best available prices.
- Coordinate directly with international hotels for special requests, amendments, and confirmations.
- Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations,
and refunds.
- Ensure all reservations are confirmed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Maintain excellent relationships with hotels, suppliers, and travel partners worldwide.
- Resolve booking issues, overbookings, and customer complaints promptly.
- Prepare quotations based on client requirements.
- Monitor booking deadlines, payment schedules, and cancellation policies.
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
- Work closely with the sales and ticketing teams to deliver complete travel solutions.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions, seasonal offers, and destination-specific trends.
