Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for Eleven INC - building and converting a pipeline of hotel General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing (DOSMs), and ownership groups across India. This is an individual contributor, revenue-owning role for someone who can independently identify, pitch, negotiate, and close digital marketing mandates with hotels and hospitality groups.

Key Responsibilities





● Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospective hotel and hospitality clients (GMs, DOSMs, Communication Managers , owners/asset managers) across target India markets.

● Independently source leads through direct outreach, referrals, industry events, and existing ORGV/Eleven INC networks.

● Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitch → proposal → commercial negotiation and pricing structuring (in line with company margins) → contract closure.

● Develop tailored pitch decks and proposals articulating Eleven INC's representation and marketing value proposition for each prospect.

● Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting; provide weekly/monthly BD status updates to leadership.

● Represent Eleven INC at hospitality industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build brand visibility and generate leads.
