Role & responsibilities
- Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for land and property acquisitions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), Lease Deeds, MOUs, and Vendor Contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws including RERA, Registration Act, Stamp Act, Transfer of Property Act, and local land laws.
- Liaise with government authorities, advocates, and regulatory bodies for approvals and legal documentation.
- Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessment on proposed transactions.
- Maintain legal records and documentation for all projects.
- Support business teams with legal advice on ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Required Qualifications




- LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).
- 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, land acquisition, and contract drafting.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Preferred Skills
- Expertise in title search and due diligence.
- Experience in handling real estate transactions and litigation.
- Familiarity with local land revenue and registration procedures.
- Robust stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
