Work location- Gurgaon (work from office)

In this role you will be working with Claims processing support processes to manage email classification set up and maintain claim files perform FNOL and core tasks validate data support payments ensure controls and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities
• Process claims accurately using robust attention to detail and understanding of claim documents
• Manage incoming emails classify items and move or assign them to the correct workflow.
• Upload index and update claim documents to keep files accurate and audit ready.
