Job Purpose

To provide an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, maintaining product presentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day counter operations while representing the company's brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections with detailed product knowledge.
- Guide customers in selecting jewellery based on design, quality, budget, and occasion.
- Build robust customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Cross-sell and up-sell jewellery products and value-added services.
- Explain jewellery specifications, purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and certification accurately.
- Handle billing coordination, order bookings, advance payments, and delivery follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate stock display and ensure proper product handling.




- Coordinate with inventory/store teams for product availability and stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and attractive product displays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, security norms, and SOPs.
- Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and festive sales events.
