Role Description
The Business Development Manager role is a full time position based in Coimbatore, structured as a hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility.



This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities across individual, institutional, and corporate segments, particularly within Kandhan Travels’ key operating regions and Pan-India offerings. Day-to-day activities include managing lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that align with company growth targets. The position involves building long-term customer relationships, collaborating with operations and fleet teams to design suitable travel solutions, and ensuring service commitments are clearly defined and delivered. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, support pricing and proposal development, and contribute to marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
