We are looking for an experienced Garden Supervisor to oversee gardening and landscaping activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and beauty of landscaped areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily gardening and landscaping activities.
- Allocate work and monitor the performance of gardeners.
- Maintain lawns, plants, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and indoor plants.
- Plan and schedule watering, pruning, trimming, mowing, and fertilizing.
- Identify plant diseases and pests and arrange suitable treatment.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment.
- Monitor the inventory of fertilizers, pesticides, plants, and gardening materials.
- Coordinate seasonal plantation and landscaping projects.
- Maintain cleanliness of garden pathways and outdoor landscaped areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures while handling chemicals and equipment.
- Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/Any Degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in garden maintenance or landscaping.
- Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and plant care.
- Ability to supervise a team of gardeners.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ornamental plants and lawn maintenance.
- Familiarity with drip/sprinkler irrigation systems.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting.
- Strong planning and team management skills.
