Job Purpose: The Incharge - Regulatory Approvals is responsible for overseeing the execution of regulatory approval processes,



ensuring seamless coordination between executives and the lead. This role involves managing documentation, following up with government authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing status updates to leadership. The Incharge ensures that all necessary approvals, permits, and clearances are obtained within project timelines, minimizing risks and facilitating smooth project execution.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)/ Engineering (B.Tech)

Work Experience (Range of years):

10-15 Years

Preferred Industry:

Experience in real estate or infrastructure sectors, with a focus on liaising and regulatory documentation for various permits and licenses, including Old Tenure, 63, NA, and environmental NOCs.

Skilled in document preparation for project approvals, land revenue processes, title transfers, and encroachment prevention;
