What You ll Do
- Assist in Designing Visual Content: Create basic graphics such as social media posts, banners and illustrations under the guidance of senior designers.
- Support Branding and Layout Tasks: Help ensure designs follow brand guidelines and assist in laying out documents and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Content and Marketing Teams: Work with writers and marketers to translate ideas into visual form.
- Participate in Brainstorming Sessions: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for design concepts and campaigns.
- Edit and Refine Designs: Make revisions based on feedback from the team to improve visual quality and effectiveness.
- Learn and Use Design Tools: Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva to create and edit visual content.
- Maintain Design Assets and Files: Organise and manage design files, templates and assets for easy access and reuse.
- Stay Updated with Design Trends:



Keep up with current design trends and techniques to improve the quality of your work.

What We re Looking For
- Solid interest in graphic design and visual communication
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Creativity and a good eye for detail, colour, and layout
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and design instructions
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with other team members
