Role Description
The Operations Manager role at Numour is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, including supply chain coordination, inventory management, and production planning to ensure timely product availability. The Operations Manager will streamline processes, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams,



managing vendor relationships, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and optimizing costs without compromising performance. The role also involves preparing operational reports, supporting strategic planning, and helping build scalable systems for a fast-growing skincare-tech brand.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or consumer-tech industries.
- Strong skills in supply chain management, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and use insights to optimize processes and costs.
- Experience with operational tools and systems such as ERP platforms, project management software, and reporting dashboards.
