Job Description:
- Configure and manage ServiceNow Knowledge Management modules
- Implement and optimize AI Search capabilities
- Configure external content connectors (SharePoint, web sources, etc.)
- Design and maintain taxonomy, metadata, and classification models
- Ensure content is optimized for AI ingestion and search relevance
- Monitor search analytics and tune ranking and relevance models
