About the RoleWe are UK-based residential property company seeking a self-motivated, experienced operations manager to remotely oversee our own portfolio of residential properties located in the United Kingdom. You will be our sole office-based manager running the entire operation from tenant communications and rent collection to compliance, reporting, and contractor coordination.

Our UK-based ground staff will support you with physical property visits, inspections, and in office tasks, but the planning, coordination, administration, and tenant management will be entirely your responsibility.

You will report directly to the property owner and have full autonomy over the day-to-day operation of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full tenancy lifecycle across our portfolio of UK residential properties
- Be the primary point of contact for all our tenants, handling enquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally and promptly
- Collect rent, chase arrears, and maintain accurate payment records




- Plan and coordinate property inspections by briefing and directing our UK-based ground staff
- Arrange and oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovation work via UK contractors and tradespeople
- Administer lease agreements, renewals, and all tenancy documentation
- Ensure compliance with UK property regulations including deposit protection, safety certificates, and tenancy law
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and control costs across the portfolio
- Prepare regular reports and updates for the property owner
- Stay up to date with UK property legislation, including the Renters' Rights Act 2026
- Handle all office administration there is no admin team behind you

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an office-based operations role with real responsibilities managing people, processes and operations
- Property management experience is not required we will train you on UK property specifics. What matters is your ability to manage, organise, and
