Key Responsibilities

Create and Manage PPC Campaigns Set up and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.

Conduct Keyword Research Identify relevant and high-performing keywords to target in order to maximise ad visibility and ROI.

Write and Optimise Ad Copy Develop compelling ad copy and continuously test variations to improve click-through rates and conversions.

Monitor Campaign Performance Track the performance of ads in real time, analysing metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall ROI.

Adjust Bids and Budgets Optimise bids and daily budgets based on campaign performance and business objectives.

Perform A/B Testing Conduct tests on different ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages to identify high-performing combinations.

Collaborate with Design and Content Teams Work closely with design and content teams to develop visually appealing and effective ad creatives and landing pages.





Generate Regular Reports Prepare and present detailed performance reports and insights to the management team.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends Keep up with latest PPC and digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Educational Background- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field

Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads / Digital Marketing is an added advantage

Qualified Experience

1 2 years of experience managing PPC or paid advertising campaigns (internships or full-time roles)

Practical experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Skills Competencies

Strong understanding of PPC advertising models and bidding strategies

Able to conduct keyword research and write effective ad copy

Experience in analysing campaigns using Google Analytics and other reporting tools

Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimisation techniques
