About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Pre-Sales Consultant who can bridge the gap between customer requirements and our technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in solutioning, proposal creation, and customer presentations.

This role requires someone who enjoys interacting with customers, understanding business challenges, collaborating with delivery teams, and crafting winning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Sales teams to understand customer business requirements.
- Participate in customer discovery calls, requirement gathering, and solution discussions.
- Design technology solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, SOWs, and commercial documentation.
- Create impactful presentations, solution decks, architecture overviews, and capability documents.
- Work closely with Delivery, Engineering, and Practice teams to validate solution feasibility.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Support Sales during customer presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
- Assist in effort estimation, solution costing, and pricing discussions.
- Maintain reusable proposal content, case studies, and solution repositories.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Desired Skills
- 34 years of experience in IT Services Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting.
- Strong understanding of software development technologies and modern application architectures.
- Experience in preparing proposals for IT Services projects.
- Exposure to responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Positive understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Cloud technologies, APIs, AI, Data, and Digital Transformation projects.
- Excellent documentation and proposal writing skills.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
