ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Business Analyst
to bridge business requirements and technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support the implementation of ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and business process documentation.




- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off.
- Manage change requests, prioritize enhancements, and support release planning.
- Ensure solutions align with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and user training.

Required Skills
- 4–8 years of Business Analyst experience, with 3
+ years in ServiceNow
.
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
- Hands-on experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of ITIL framework.
- Experience with UAT planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, or GRC.
