We’re looking for a skilled and agile Sr Manager- Content Marketing with proven experience in performance-driven content and a robust understanding of digital metrics. In this role, you'll be leading a team of extremely capable content marketers who can convert consumers for the categories they own. Your job is to track competitors, relevant metrics, upcoming content formats across META, Google, marketplaces, Q-Com & Retention channels (whatsapp, emailers, push, messages) and guide your team to make better content decisions. Expect to dive deep into A/B testing, work with brand managers to understand the category dynamics, make consumer calls to understand their core pain points, work with creative directors, video editors, and content writers to improve brand storytelling across the content funnel and impact ROAS.

Responsibilities:

· Guide a team of content marketers with an extensive study of categories, competitors, and drive better storytelling in the top, middle, and bottom funnel content

· Define KPIs for each platform, track, and report them MoM

· Create and monitor SOPs for cross-functional flow of assets ahead of time, whether it’s BAU, specific sale periods, or seasonal pushes on marketplaces.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with campaign goals

· Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output

· Continuously test and refine messaging based on performance metrics and user behaviour

Requirements:

· 9-11 years of proven experience in digital marketing content covering Google, YT, influencer & UGC content, emailers, whatsapp, marketplaces, and
