Position Summary

Business Development Manager – US Healthcare
to lead our client acquisition efforts in the United States.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, building relationships with healthcare providers, conducting discovery meetings,
and closing new business opportunities.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building new markets and contributing directly to business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and research physician practices, clinics, healthcare groups, and healthcare service organizations across the United States.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Develop strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other professional channels.
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client workflows, operational challenges, and outsourcing needs.
- Present service offerings and value propositions.
- Prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close recent business.
