Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon WorkSpaces L2/L3 Engineer to support and manage Amazon WorkSpaces environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in VDI/EUC support, Windows administration, Active Directory, and AWS fundamentals. You will be responsible for incident management, service requests, troubleshooting, provisioning, and ensuring high service availability while meeting SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for Amazon WorkSpaces (Windows/Linux).
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and user access issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform daily health checks and monitor the WorkSpaces infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, networking, and client connectivity.
- Provision and de-provision Amazon WorkSpaces.
- Execute standard changes and user access requests.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates in the ITSM tool.




- Create and update SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Support audit, compliance, and security-related activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills
- 3 to 7 years of experience in VDI/EUC support.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon WorkSpaces.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Positive experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy (GPO).
- Basic understanding of AWS services including VPC, IAM, and Security Groups.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise virtual desktop environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Exposure to Windows and Linux desktop environments.
- AWS Cloud fundamentals or certification is an added adv
