Education: LL.B. (Mandatory); LL.M. preferred
Experience: 47 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Legal, Litigation, and Contract Management
Location: Hyderabad (Travel across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh as required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal notices and effectively replying to the Legal notices served on the company.
- Effective closure and defending Civil/Criminal/Consumer/Labour issues pertaining to ISP & Video business.
- Resolution of HR related issues, Domestic Enquiry and obtaining Legal Opinion on case to case basis (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & other New Locations).
- Support and closure of environmental issues and liaison with Govt. Agencies (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & other New Locations).
- Respond to Govt. Letters/CEO Escalations (Telangana & Andhra Pradesh).
- Drafting, verifying all business related agreements , sending Information to finance/operations for execution with a tracker.
- Coordinating with internal/external Auditors and effectively answering their queries on all legal related issues.
- Coordinating with external advocates and representing the company in various courts.
- Filing of PMR reports ,compliance related letters for broadcasting/broadband verticals.
- Executory part of dispatching letters, by registered post as well as by courier & tracking all business/broadcasting agreements.
- Maintenance of Data repository, CLM tool & Working on special Legal projects.
Requirements:
- Candidates should be from a corporate background, mixed exposure between corporate & legal firms is also good.
- The candidate has to have positive communication skills.
- Travelling would be involved in courts and Police stations as and when the requirement arises across AP & Telangana.
