Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
US Pharma Recruiter
with 1–6 years of hands-on experience working
exclusively with direct clients
on
Core Pharma requirements
. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-cycle US recruitment and a solid understanding of the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, screen, identify & qualify the best suitable candidate for client requirements.
- Should have excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volumes.
- Require active co-ordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management.
- Should be well versed with
Tax terms (Mandatorily
working with
W2)
, Should have worked with
direct clients only (VISA's – GC holder & US Citizen)





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Working experience in
US Pharma accounts (Client)
–
Working on Core scientific & Clinical requirements
- Experience in delivering
clinical, professional and engineering placements.
- Working with
MSP/VMS
accounts is mandatory.
- Meeting targets and SLAs on daily/weekly/quarterly basis

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Robust understanding of US visa types and employment terms
