Title: Growth Marketing Executive

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Growth Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, executing Meta ad campaigns, creating engaging content, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.

RESPONSIBILITES
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Manage multiple Instagram profiles.
- Create content calendars and schedule daily posts and reels.
- Appear in and shoot short-form videos (Reels) for the company's social media channels.
- Create content scripts and coordinate video publishing.
- Research trends and implement new content ideas.
- Coordinate video recording, basic editing, and publishing of reels.
- Maintain marketing trackers, reports, and campaign documentation.

REQUIREMENTS




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–1 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Willingness to learn new marketing tools and technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and other social platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Experience scheduling content using social media management tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience running Meta Ads campaigns.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
