Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with insurance brokers and distribution partners.

* Drive sales and achieve business targets through partner channels.

* Provide product training and sales support to partners.

* Identify new business opportunities and increase partner productivity.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, wealth management, or partner distribution.

* Solid knowledge of Traditional Life Insurance and ULIP products.

* Experience handling insurance brokers, IFAs, or wealth partners.

* Excellent relationship management, sales, and communication skills.

* Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.

Preferred:

* Existing network within the insurance broker community.

* Proven track record of achieving premium and revenue targets.
