Min. 10 years SAP Selling experience in selling ERP sales of which minimum 6 years of SAP licenses and implementation services sales. • Should have worked with SAP eco system in the last 3 years and should be in positive connects with SAP Accounts Executives of their region • Prior Sales or GTM experience in SAP ERP Sales & Services, or other customer-facing experience highly desirable. • Ability to navigate in complex landscapes and build networks; must be able to engage and build liaisons at the Leadership level • Deep understanding of S/4H Cloud & SAP Business By Design delivery processes, policies and operating models, particularly in a technical Managed Services environment • Knowledge of enablement approaches, resources, and tools • Good listening skills and keen attention to detail • • • • • • • • Ability to think creatively to propose alternate approach to resolving issues Ability to work effectively in a matrix model Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of internal SAP systems analytics, planning/budget processes at SAP.
