Job Title: Outbound Tele Sales Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the tele sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assign leads and monitor follow-ups.
- Coach the team to improve sales.
- Listen to calls and give feedback.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Handle customer issues when required.
- Ensure team attendance and discipline.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field.
- 5 years of tele sales experience.
- 3 years of Team Leader experience.
- Experience in ISP, Broadband, Telecom, or BPO sales is preferred.
Skills:
- Valuable communication.
- Team handling.
- Sales and target-oriented.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
