Job Title: Design Coordinator

Reports To: Founder & Managing Partner

Location: Gurugram (with regular site visits to Sonipat, Delhi NCR, Dwarka Expressway, and occasional travel to Mukteshwar)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: 4–6 years

Qualification: B.Arch preferred; B.E./B.Tech (Civil) with strong design coordination experience may also be considered

Compensation: ₹40,000–₹70,000 per month (negotiable for an exceptional candidate)

Anantham Projects develops premium residential, commercial, and township projects across North India. Our projects involve multiple external architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, and landscape architects, requiring solid coordination to ensure that design intent is translated accurately into execution.

As our portfolio grows, we are looking for a Design Coordinator who will become the central link between consultants, the Founder, and execution teams—ensuring drawings are coordinated, decisions are documented, revisions are controlled,



and construction always proceeds with accurate and current information.

Role Summary

The Design Coordinator will own the complete design coordination process across multiple live projects.

The role focuses on ensuring that consultant drawings are received on time, coordinated across disciplines, reviewed against approved decisions, appropriately revised where required, and released to site through a structured revision-control process.
The position works closely with the Founder, consultants, contractors, and site teams to maintain smooth project execution and minimize drawing-related delays or rework.

· Mukteshwar Villa
