Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will directly engage with prospective customers, understand their healthcare needs, and communicate the value of Even Healthcare s offerings. Success in this position requires persistence, solid communication skills, and the ability to consistently deliver results in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.
- Educate customers on Even Healthcare s membership plans and services.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers and contribute to monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Proactively follow up with prospects to drive conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications Skills
- 1 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales.
