Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient experience, managing clinic activities, supporting business growth, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient workflow.
- Welcome patients and provide a professional, positive experience throughout their visit.
- Understand patient requirements and guide them to suitable healthcare services based on their needs.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with patients to encourage long-term engagement.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up activities.
- Support the achievement of clinic performance goals through effective patient engagement.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.




- Collaborate with doctors and support staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinic management, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, retail, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in healthcare, wellness centres, diagnostic centres, clinics, hospitals, beauty & wellness, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will be preferred.
