Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and ERP workflows.
- Work with customers and developers on API integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications and field mapping documents.
- Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- Experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation projects.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API testing.
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Good to Have
- ERP implementation experience (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Knowledge of e-invoicing, Peppol, or tax compliance integrations is a solid advantage.
