Ayra Giftings designs and manages corporate gifting and B2B loyalty & rewards programs for brands looking to engage, incentivize, and retain their channel partners, distributors, retailers, and employees. We work closely with client brands to build customized reward catalogues and engagement schemes that drive measurable business outcomes.
Role Summary
We are looking for a B2B Loyalty Expert to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our client loyalty and rewards programs — from onboarding new brands and curating competitive reward catalogues, to designing client-specific schemes, managing commercial negotiations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day program operations. This is a client-facing, execution-heavy role suited to someone who enjoys equal parts relationship management, commercial negotiation, and operational rigor.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Onboarding & Partnerships
- Identify, connect with, and onboard recent brands to continuously enhance and diversify the rewards/product catalogue.
Catalogue Curation & Analysis
- Analyze brand price lists and product portfolios to curate a relevant, competitive, and high-quality catalogue for clients.
Commercial Negotiations
- Lead pricing negotiations with brands to secure competitive, margin-healthy pricing structures.
Client-Centric Catalogue & Scheme Development
- Design and curate customized reward schemes and catalogues aligned to each client's requirements, target audience, and budget.
Client Proposals
- Develop client-ready proposals and offer lists to drive commercial discussions and closures.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and build strong, long-term relationships through consistent, proactive engagement.
Operations & Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end client operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of every order.
