About the Role

We are looking for an experienced higher education business leader to drive FretBox's growth across South India.

This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully worked with universities and understand how technology buying decisions are made within higher education institutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships, creating recent business opportunities, managing enterprise sales cycles,



and establishing FretBox as the preferred residential and campus operations platform for universities across the region.

This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to the Founder and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

* Lead business development and market expansion across South India.

* Build relationships with Vice Chancellors, Registrars, CFOs, Directors, Hostel Administrators, and University Management teams.

* Identify and pursue opportunities across private, deemed, autonomous, and government universities.

* Drive the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure.

* Conduct stakeholder meetings, product presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.

* Create and manage a strong sales pipeline with clear forecasting and revenue targets.

* Represent FretBox at university conferences, education forums, and industry events.
