Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 13 Years (Sales / Business Development)

Salary: Up to 35,000 per month

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must own a bike and be comfortable with field sales and travelling within the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads from the market.
- Identify and visit new construction sites within the assigned territory to generate business opportunities.
- Meet Builders, Architects, Contractors, Interior Designers, Dealers, and other key stakeholders for order generation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Promote products and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers and business associates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trade associates, influencers, and channel partners to enhance business growth.
- Ensure proper implementation of customer management systems and processes.




- Maintain timely collection of payments and ensure compliance with commercial requirements.
- Track competitor activities, including ongoing projects, pricing, and current product launches, and share market insights with management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business development objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Project Sales or Building Materials sales will be preferred.
- Candidates from industries such as Building Materials, uPVC Windows & Doors, Aluminium Products, Modular Kitchen, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Plywood, Interiors, or Construction Materials are preferred.
- Must own a bike for market visits and client meetings.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
