As a
Senior Recruitment Workforce Manager
, you will be responsible for identifying, curating, activating, and managing a high-quality network of industry experts who become an extension of our clients' go-to-market teams.

This is not a traditional recruitment role. Rather than filling positions, you will build long-term relationships with experienced professionals, help them transform their expertise into consulting opportunities, and enable them to generate business through the 2400.ai platform.

Your success will directly contribute to our clients' ability to expand into new markets, build industry credibility, and create meaningful business opportunities.

Salary
: 10 to 13 Lakhs INR per annum (CTC) based on experience and reference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Expert Discovery & Talent Curation
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of senior industry professionals across target industries.
- Identify experienced executives, consultants,



advisors, and subject matter experts aligned with client requirements.
- Evaluate professionals based on their domain expertise, credibility, leadership experience, and industry network.
- Conduct outreach, relationship-building conversations, and qualification interviews.
- Develop long-term relationships with industry experts to continuously strengthen the 2400.ai expert network.

2. Expert Qualification

Assess and qualify experts based on:
- Industry expertise and functional specialization
- Professional seniority and leadership experience
- Years of industry experience
- Strength and relevance of qualified network
- Communication and advisory capabilities
- Interest in consulting and business development
- Alignment with client requirements
- Ability to create business opportunities through trusted relationships
