We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced General Manager – Milk Procurement to lead our procurement operations in Tamil Nadu.
Position Overview
The General Manager – Milk Procurement will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational excellence across the company's milk procurement network. This role requires an accomplished skilled with extensive experience in large-scale milk sourcing, farmer engagement, procurement planning, quality management, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving procurement growth, ensuring uninterrupted supply of high-quality raw milk,
strengthening farmer partnerships, optimizing procurement costs, and leading cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's milk procurement strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.
- Lead and manage end-to-end milk procurement operations across Tamil Nadu.
- Build, expand, and strengthen sustainable milk procurement networks and collection infrastructure.
- Develop long-term relationships with dairy farmers, producer groups, cooperatives, societies, and strategic partners.
- Ensure consistent procurement of high-quality milk while maintaining cost efficiency and supply reliability.
- Drive procurement volume growth through strategic expansion into new procurement regions.
- Monitor procurement performance through KPIs, analytics, and operational dashboards.
