Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Store Operations
- Manage overall store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Monitor store performance through KPIs, MIS, and business reports.

2. People & Customer Excellence
- Lead, coach, and develop store teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by maintaining superior service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively.

3. Inventory, Cost & Financial Management
- Ensure effective inventory planning, stock accuracy, wastage control, cash management,



and cost optimization to maximize store profitability.

4. Quality, Compliance & Governance
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, quality standards, statutory compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to company SOPs and policies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
- Diploma or Certification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Retail Management, or Food Service will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 3-8 years of experience in Retail, QSR, Caf, Bakery, or Food & Beverage operations.
- Minimum 24 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience in handling P&L; and store profitability is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts.
- Weekly offs as per business requirements.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region whenever required.
