About the Role

Lords Chloro Alkali Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Executive to strengthen our procurement team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in chemical procurement and raw material sourcing, along with solid vendor management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Procure raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, consumables, and engineering items as per production requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Comparative Statements, and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Finance,



and Quality departments for timely procurement and material planning.
- Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
- Support inventory optimization and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Diploma or certification in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience & Skills
- 510 years of experience in Chemical Purchase and Raw Material Procurement.
- Strong knowledge of chemical raw materials, industrial consumables, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of procurement proces
