Position Overview
- We are seeking a visionary, results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to spearhead our brands revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in the luxury diamond and jewellery sector, blending strategic marketing with aggressive sales leadership to elevate our market position.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive annual and long-term sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets.
- P&L; Management: Oversee the departmental budget, allocating resources efficiently across marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including geographic expansion, B2B wholesale partnerships, and B2C retail scaling.
- Brand & Marketing Management
- Brand Positioning: Elevate the brand's luxury positioning in the diamond and jewellery market through compelling storytelling, PR, and high-end visual merchandising.
- Digital & Omnichannel Marketing:



Direct all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, performance marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations, to drive traffic to physical and digital storefronts.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and lead promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and exclusive high-value client events/exhibitions.
- Sales Operations & Client Relations
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and marketing teams, setting transparent KPIs and performance frameworks.
- Clienteling & CRM: Drive a customer-centric culture focused on client acquisition, high-net-worth individual (HNWI) relationship management, and long-term loyalty programs.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and competitor trends to refine product assortment, pricing, and promotional tactics.
