Must-Have
- Strong hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer
- Expertise in document composition, template development, and CCM solutions
- Experience in data mapping, XML processing, and customer communication workflows
- Robust knowledge of document lifecycle management and omnichannel delivery
- Experience with API-based integrations and enterprise applications
- Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization skills
Good-to-Have
- Good understanding of OpenText Exstream (OTX) architecture and development
- Experience in OTX or Any other Composition tool to Quadient migration projects
- Experience with accessibility standards (ADA/PDF-UA compliance)
- Knowledge of AWS, Java/Spring Boot Microservices, or REST APIs
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
